- Diploma in psychiatry Science
- Or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Candidate must be twenty one (21) year old on 01.07.2016
- Agree with maximum age condition forty five (45) years applicable on 01.07.2015
- Agree to pay fee charges Rs. 200 (Rupee two hundred only) for OBC, Rs. 100/- (Rupee one hundred only) for SC/ST.
